Based in WhangareiPermanent/Full time Shift WorkRemuneration: $63,526 per annumAttractive Shift Work IncentivesTraining provided; however, adequate computer skills are required.You will be required to undergo a psychometric test as part of the recruitment process.Intake date commences on Thursday 12th June 2025 – you must be available to start on this date.You will be required to travel to Auckland for training for 2 weeks on Sunday 15th June, returning back to Whangarei on Friday 27th June – transport, accommodation, and meals will be paid for by the NZ Police.JR 5220791Mo te tunga | About the role File Management Support Officers (FMSOs) are part of File Management, Transcription Services (FM&T) and are part of a nationally centralised group which supports a number of key elements within the case management process, our frontline staff, and also provides key services to victims.

Our district sites operate 16/7 between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm on a six on three off roster.
The roster pattern is three early shifts, three late shifts, followed by three days off.
