As Financial Officer within the Revenue and Refunds team you will assist with all financial activities in relation to motor vehicle licensing, driver licensing, road user charges and tolling. Showcase your skills and knowledge to provide timely and accurate data entry into the register and financial system and certify that data validation and capture processes are in-line with internal controls. You will provide high quality customer service through proactive and timely support to internal & external customers/stakeholders. You will also produce valuable reports, be able to import/export financial data and compare it for accuracy and completeness. - Knowledge and skills in analysing financial information and being solutions focused as a
- Experience as a Financial Officer or similar role
- Strong Computer literacy and experience with MS Office (Excel)
- Proven experience with accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness of processing, recording, filing and retrieving information
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to quickly learn operating various systems
- Have a positive attitude as well as being a team player with good organisational skills
