An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced reception/administrator to join a busy clinic working within the health sector.  In this role you would be assisting with reception, scheduling and administration duties working full time hours Monday to Friday.  Starting asap this role is for 2-3 months and possibly longer. 
Duties include:

Meet and greet of visitors
Booking appointments
Data entry updating patient details in the database
Fielding phone calls
Other adhoc duties as required

To be considered you will:

Have excellent communication skills and can-do attitude (previous medical administration experience is an advantage)
Be proficient with MS office and be comfortable picking up new systems quickly
Be motivated and flexible to take on a variety of tasks.
Have the ability to meet deadlines and keep the busy clinic running smoothly
