Qualifications & experience A related tertiary qualification, e.g. in business administration and accounts management Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts, administration and customer service role Excellent relationship management skills (customer, stakeholders, colleagues) with ability to constructively achieve outcomes and ensure a great experience Excellent computer skills (particular tools in use Xero, G suite, Office Suite, social media and other web based platforms) Tasks & responsibilities This role is key support person for Managing Director, provides business enabling functions for effective operations. Provide workforce (human) enabling activities to support a highly engaged workforce. Undertake asset/equipment management logistical support and resource management Administrative juggler, acrobat and catch all - for those with rainbow brains. The right candidate showing long term commitment to the business; this is a growth position with a planned development path into roles currently outsourced. Training provided includes the following areas: Health and Safety, risk management, HR Services, and Small business bookkeeping.
