**Te tnga | The role**

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Specialist who can provide a high level of customer service support for the service sales team and operations, through quality and accuracy in order management and timely response to enquiries. Perform administrative duties in compliance with the company standards, procedures, and policies.
- Order processing with 100% accuracy and ensuring front-end data order entry requirements for service categories. Maintaining communication with customers for all their orders along with managing entry logs, margin reports and rates.
- Capture sales orders, revenue, and cost reports. Finalize sales order invoices and distribute them to customers. Run regular sales order review meetings each month and information on revenue forecasts to the team.
- Issue purchase orders for internal and external suppliers, follow-ups on deliveries and update the operations team on the same.
- Inventory management
- Monitor the store's inventory levels for service spare parts, support replenishments and reduce ageing inventory along with stock takes.
- Provide administrative and general support to the service team by processing service technician timesheet entries for payroll and sales order entries.
- Ensure resolution of customer issues by working with operations, supply chain and sales team.

- Demonstrated administrative experience in a similar role with experience in a technical service environment preferred
- Knowledge of SAP and Computer literate Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to prioritise workload to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Flexible and resilient towards changes in deliveries and timeframes from customers and suppliers.
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic accounting background and/or related qualifications.
