Business Support Coordinator

Our client is an Engineering Consultancy firm seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join their high peorforming team.
They are based in stunning Takapuna and are well known for their many year in business alongside some iconic engineering projects across commercial and residential.
The role is vareid and essential to ensuring the company meets all relevant industry standards, reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside the wider team of engineers with project administration.
- Oversee and manage the company's administration control process across Deltek and ensure compliance with all policy across this system
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and create reports for management.
- Assist with marketing initiatives including social media management and website updates.
- Provide ad-hoc HR administrative support as required
- General office administration
- Proficiency in using Deltek software advantageous for this role
- Previous experience in a similar business suppot role, ideally within the engineering, architecture or project work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media management and website updates
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
