The Company:
Our client, based in Avondale, is a Kiwi company, created by Kiwis, for Kiwis.
They are a professional, socially responsible Debt Collection company, founded on principles of fairness, trust and respect.
 They are a busy and the team is growing.
The Role: They are currently seeking an upbeat, motivated Administrator to provide support for their growing field-based team.
In this role you will be undertaking a range of administrative support work, including data entry, updating the details of clients, performing credit checks, a bit of track and tracing, working with various excel spread sheets, route planning, supporting the team in the field with information that they might need, recording notes again clients in the system and a range of other administration tasks.
This role is basically a busy administrative support role, that will require an organized, switched on administrator, who is process driven and has a sharp eye for detail. 
 The Hours: 

40 hours a week,
Monday - Thursday - 11:30am to 8pm. 
Friday - Start any time between 7am - 10:30am and leave early
Plus, overtime if you want to boost your earnings.

About You: 

Enjoys administration work and has some experience in an admin role. 
Has speedy, accurate administration / processing skills
Has confident systems experience.
Is confident using MS Word, Outlook and must have confident Excel for spreadsheeting. 
Will be okay with repetitive tasks.
Strong self-motivation.
RESULTS ORIENTED.
Proactive 
Hard working and keen to grow within the company. 
Social at the right times.
Focused at the right times. 
Strong communication skills. 
Reliable and able to work the hours mentioned above.
Enjoys a bit of banter and a fast-paced role.
