This position is open due to internal promotion and offers an excellent opportunity for a professional to contribute to our success.RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.Maintain and update customer records and documentation in our systems.Assist with general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and office organisation.Provide administrative support to management and assist with special projects as needed.REQUIREMENTS:3-5 years of experience in customer service or office administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.COMPANY CULTURE:The company fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and excel.
