Based at the PostShop in Cashel Street, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
The needs of our customers are ever-changing and happening faster every day - our team needs to be one step ahead of these changes and act quickly.

**What we need from you**:

- Be available to work Monday to Friday 1:45pm to 5:45pm with the occasional Saturday shift.
- Problem solving skills - someone who can think on the fly and find the best outcomes
- Administration and data entry skills
