As we continue to progress our transformational journey, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant for our CCTO and CSO to join our head office in South Auckland.

**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

Reporting the Chief Customer and Transformation Officer (CCTO) and Chief Sales Officer (CSO) you will:

- Make optimal use of their time, performing work under delegation by organising their contact with both internal and external parties.
- Have sole-charge of diary management and meeting organisation.
- Manage and screen inboxes, including responding and re-directing where appropriate.
- Organise and co-ordinate Leadership Team meetings and off-sites.
- Manage all domestic and international travel and accommodation requirements to ensure CCTO/CSO can travel cost effectively and without delay.
- Prepare letters, reports, agenda, presentations, including confidential and sensitive documentation.
- Organise and co-ordinate client and internal events.
- Review of discretionary expenditure and costs against policy
- Support to wider NZ Leadership team, as and when required.
- At all times maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and discretion

Additionally, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience executive support with associated secretarial skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in secretarial/administration or business management
- Functional and technical knowledge to do the job.
- Good communication with strong interpersonal skills
- A good business acumen and the ability to be discreet with information.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
