**Purpose of the Role**:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key asset to two National Directors, playing a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their office. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Lease and Documentation Management**: Collaborate with stakeholders and legal professionals to prepare and execute necessary documentation.
- **Project Coordination**: Oversee Corporate Leasing and Occupied Services projects, submissions, and presentations.
- **Personal Assistant Duties**: Act as the primary point of contact for directors, manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Financial Reconciliation**: Oversee budgets, expenses, and reporting for Corporate Leasing and Occupier Services.
- **Portfolio Management**: Manage the Auckland Office Workplace portfolio.
- **Deal and AML Compliance**: Review and manage deals, ensuring AML cases are up to date.
- **Administration**: Handle various administrative tasks, including agreements, listings, and database management.
- **Marketing Support**: Book web portals, create marketing materials, and assist with campaigns.

**About You**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills across all levels.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and adept at prioritising tasks effectively.
- System-oriented, solution-focused, and process-driven.
- Strong computer literacy and intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
