We have a rare opportunity to support one of New Zealand’s experts in sustainability. We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant (EA) to support two down to earth GM’s (Sustainability and Operations). These GM’s work in one of the most exciting and topical areas of the business. This team are always looking ahead and are constantly working on inspiring game changing initiatives for our future.
This is a unique role as the successful incumbent will be a respected part of the lead team, where the opportunities for learning are rife, development is substantial and there is a platform for everyone to heavily contribute their own ideas.
This role works incredibly closely with these GMs to support their daily movements including managing a very busy inbox and diary, as well as coordinating travel itineraries and accommodation. Additional to this, there will be some assistance required to deliver projects and manage outward-facing communication and reports.
We are looking for someone who is keen to be more than just an ‘EA’, as there are several tasks outside of ‘typical’ EA duties. Other tasks will include organising events such as conferences, functions and stakeholder visits.

We are looking for someone with proven executive assistance experience, preferably obtained in a medium/large corporate environment.
Other desirable skills include:
- Ability to create high quality business content for both internal and external Stakeholders
- Ability to develop and deliver meetings, events and functions
- Strong decision making and ability to use initiative
- Ability to establish effective relationships at all levels of the business
- Well organised and structured in approach to work including effective time management and forward planning
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
