**Job Description** About the Role**

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with New Zealand’s leading sustainability company? This is your chance to make a real impact as a key member of our Operations team. You'll play a vital business partnering role, supporting data management, client reporting, trade processes, and problem resolution.

In this pivotal position, you will identify areas for improvement, develop and implement performance metrics, and enhance our business operational efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with our Finance and Operations teams and key stakeholders to deliver insightful KPIs, reports, and dashboards on customer profitability and other key performance measures.
**Qualifications** About You**

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- At least two years of experience in a service-based industry.
- A tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Sciences, or Commerce.
- Proficiency in writing simple SQL queries for data analysis.
- Strong reporting and analytics experience with excellent numerical and statistical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying information clearly and concisely to key stakeholders.
- The ability to quickly understand processes and identify potential RPA solutions.
- A keen eye for detail, creative thinking, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- The ability to keep the bigger picture in mind when making decisions and changes.
