**Role Overview**

As a Performance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making for Auckland's public transport services. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop high-quality business intelligence reports and dashboards. Your insights will facilitate improved PT service performance and compliance. This role will also involve maintaining and enhancing existing reporting solutions, and you will contribute to the creation of a robust data-mart to support the implementation of business rules and KPI measures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide timely and accurate data in response to inquiries.
- Monitor, improve, and troubleshoot BI solutions.
- Ensure timely availability of accurate information for key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve analytical approaches based on best practices.
- Provide data and insights to internal and external customers.

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BI development.
- Knowledge of Power BI tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Science and Technology, or a related field.

**Desired**:
