We’re looking for a talented Analyst to help us keep the good energy flowing, in this fixed term, project based role.

As our Cost/Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the cost effectiveness of our operational activities and projects and identifying opportunities and areas for business improvement by:

- Developing accurate cost and financial forecasting models and cost allocation methodologies as well as economic analysis models for new business
- Reviewing financial data to identify and make informed recommendations about trends, variations, and opportunities to improve margins.
- Working closely with various departments and using your excellent communication and relationship skills to help the group - at all levels - gain a good understanding of both past and future channel performance; and
- Presenting your findings, insights and recommendations to management.

The results of your work will inform operational decision-making, as well as provide insights into product, process, output and function costs for performance management.

Along with your tertiary qualification in finance, business or a related discipline and proven experience as a Cost/Performance Analyst in an operational supply chain or similar role you will have:

- A deep understanding and practical experience in life-cycle costing, cost modelling, and valuation techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and month-end close tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
