**The Role**

**We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to advance their career in Client Services, in our Commercial team**. A full time position in our Hamilton office, you will have the opportunity to make your mark in the business, **focusing on the Agriculture sector by supporting our customers with their daily testing needs and interfacing with our operations team to ensure everything goes smoothly.**

This position may present the opportunity for someone with the technical ability and experience to obtain Key Technical Person (Report Signatory) status, recognised through our IANZ accreditation.

**Key Focus**

Support the wider Commercial team with technical inquiries.

Perform the duties of a key technical signatory for the release of worksheets, as and when required.

**About You**
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to communicating with internal and external clients
- Self-motivated and good time management
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to operate effectively under pressure and to respond positively and professionally to client challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Experience**
- 3-5 years previous analytical laboratory experience or other relevant experience such as a quality or technical customer service role
- BSc. or equivalent qualification preferable
- Commercial laboratory experience would be advantageous
