**Role Overview**
As a Service Engineer in our Document Solutions department, you'll be instrumental in delivering professional, efficient service and assisting with installations of our Toshiba and, on occasion, Kyocera devices. This new role arises from our team's expansion and the continuous demand for installations, reflecting our growing client base. The role currently available is for 30 hours/per week, with the potential for growth over time. The position presents a dynamic work environment filled with daily learning, development and problem-solving opportunities. Our supportive team is ready to welcome you and provide necessary training to bridge any skill gaps, fostering a collaborative atmosphere for shared success and friendly client service.
**Key Deliverables**
- Installation, servicing, and repair of Toshiba and Kyocera devices, ensuring optimal performance.
- Prompt response to service calls, performing on-site and remote diagnostics, and repairs.
- Conducting routine maintenance and firmware upgrades, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.
- Providing comprehensive training and support to clients, ensuring a great user experience.
- Collaborating closely with the Document Solutions Team to meet and exceed service delivery expectations.
- Regular recording of service activities, ensuring accurate capture of time spent on jobs and parts used.
- Participating in learning and training programmes to stay abreast of evolving industry standards and technologies.
- Prioritising first touch resolution to minimise call-backs and repeat issues, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, including electronic component level repair skills
- Electronics or Electrical Engineering Diploma
- Computer hardware and software skills
- Previous customer service experience
- A valid driver's license.

**Remuneration**
Your package will include:
- A competitive salary of $31.61/hour
- 30 hours employment per week during business hours on Monday-Friday (with the exception of public holidays)

- Mobile phone SIM card with attached company plan.
