**Description**:
A little bit about the role

Working from our client’s sites, the Field Services Engineer will be primarily responsible for monitoring and responding to IT related issues as they arise within our client’s IT environment, and for building rapport and relationships within the client’s userbase and key stakeholders.

Your core functionality will involve troubleshooting, resolving a broad spectrum of IT problems, and delivering effective solutions that support downtime, optimising workplace efficiencies, and alleviating challenges associated with a technology-driven environment.

Collaborating within a team, you will manage incidents and service requests to meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). The Field Services Engineer position represents a frontline, professional, in-person delivery of IT support.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**A bit about you**:

- A Degree or qualification in a Computer Science field
- Proven professional IT experience in an operational enterprise NZ IT environment.
- Relevant Microsoft desktop certifications beneficial
- Experience working with IT professionals in a corporate NZ environment, including executive management, whilst conveying solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Exposure to Change Request Management, Incident Management, and Service Request Management advantageous.
- Experience coping with stressful settings and adapting quickly to changing environments.
