An opportunity exists for a Services Manager, based in Hamilton and who has worked with the Construction Civil sector. This role will require extensive travelling throughout the North Island projects.

**What the job requires**:
Responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing the internal support services and external service providers within the company environment to achieve Company objectives of quality, growth and people.

Practice in managing budgets and forecasting.

Proficient in working in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Experience in the procurement and management of facilities related services.

Knowledge of contract management and health and safety regulations.

Report writing.

Contingency planning.

Excellent organisational skills.

Brilliant communication skills.

Maintain standards of accuracy and meet deadlines.

Commercial awareness acumen and understanding of contract documentation.

Have oversight for all risk management and health and safety related processes.

Create a positive and inclusive team environment.

**Your experience**
You have worked as a Service Manager for Commercial civil projects for over 5 years.

Have proven management experience within the civil building of large projects.

You have high standards towards health and safety.

You enjoy travelling to various sites.

Enjoy building relationships with internal staff and stakeholders.

Have a comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.

You enjoy investigating and resolving issues.
