**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The primary purpose of the role is to delivers high quality and timely support for and advice to the Head of HR and other senior members of the group. The role has a specific focus on providing higher level business support to the senior leadership team and has an advisory component as well as leading projects within the group.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a Senior Executive Assistant role providing support to a senior executive, CEO or Board, and their team.
- Previous experience in a broader business advisory/support role, including some leadership for projects.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using the MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in critically analysing and reviewing executive level documentation and providing advice to the senior leaders.
- Experience in operating in a confidential and/or secure environment with access to sensitive information.
- Proven experience in successfully developing and maintaining a structured approach to managing a wide range of stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
