**About our Roles**

A number of our roles are based in Wellington Central, however, we also have clients located in the southern suburbs, in the Hutt, and in Porirua for some roles as well. Our clients are based in both the private and public sectors. Government experience is a plus.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Coordinating meetings, organising events, booking travel and accommodation
- Pro-actively manage and identify priorities and risks
- Act as a key point of contact and a trusted team member supporting the wider team
- Provide high-level confidential executive support
- Preparing agendas
- Meeting minutes

**To be successful in the role you must**:

- Have previous PA/EA experience
- Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple items while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Have the ability to act as gatekeeper and to effectively manage or escalate relevant information to senior leaders as needed
- Have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Be computer savvy
- Thrive in an environment that requires a high level of discretion, sensitivity, and interpersonal interaction
- Have proficient MS suite skills and excellent writing skills

**Roles we are currently recruiting for**:
**EA- Permanent
- $55k-$74k**-Great step-up role for a good administrator and coordinator

**EA- permanent
- $75k-$85k -**Good for a senior EA who wants to take the next step in their career

**EA-**Temp role -**$55-65ph**:

- A 2-month assignment in a busy space. Looking for an experienced EA.
