**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for the workplace operations of our global, IT services and consulting client. You will provide constant insights in workplace and facilities management trends whilst keeping the workplace in excellent condition and ensuring a high-level of service delivery.
**An Overview of the role**:
Deliver excellent customer service to meet to on-site client expectations
Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
Manage multiple vendors including hard and soft services to deliver services in a timely fashion and within budget
Ensure the financial operations on-site are meeting targets and control requirements
Implement and manage safety procedures, ensuring the provision of a safe working environment
Monitor building operations and assist to ensure performance measures are always upheld
Seek methods to reduce costs and improve operational standards
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required during emergency situations
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting
Demonstrate the JLL core behaviours and values of being an expert, proactive, innovative, versatile, team player and valuing the client
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Qualifications in Facilities Management, Building, Business or related field would be advantageous
Knowledge of working in critical environments
Understanding of local OH&S requirements
Vendor management experience
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property
Interpretation and understanding of commercial contracts
Budget management and financial analysis skills
Excellent communicator
Meticulous attention to detail
