Receptionist/Facilities position starting asap

Join our client's team culture that takes pride in offering support, training, and variety We are looking for a new team member to work in our new office in Commercial Bay.

**As the Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for**:

- Collecting and sorting outgoing mail
- Maintaining office equipment such as water filters, stationary
- Dishwashers, fridges, etc.
- Assist with setting up and clearing client and staff meetings/functions
- Provide relief for reception
- Assist with supervising external contractors attending site.

To succeed in this role, you should have administrative experience in a corporate environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional presentation.

- Receive a competitive hourly rate of $27.91 + 8% holiday pay
