**What this opportunity involves**:
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to coordinate the facilities management for our Global client Google.

A snapshot of the role;
Support the service delivery functions of the client tenants and Facilities Managers
Be accountable for; vendor management, administration, procurement & coordination.
Deliver excellent customer service to meet stakeholders expectations.
Ensuring compliance to all OH&S/environment and sustainability practices.
Organising events, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
Managing the Receptionist and Reception operations.
Risk management processes as well as maintaining our property database.

Experience in records and vendor management
Budget management and financial analysis skills
