**About the role**

As the Facilities Manager you represent our customers and ensure that we bring our expertise to their building/s. As such we are both customer and client. You will own the day-to-day asset management and facilities management of the customers building and keep them informed and engaged as we deliver our expertise on their behalf. You will be communicating with a variety of people, building partnerships and utilising your excellent communication skills, always striving for excellence..

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Asset Management of client properties
- Providing Facilities Management support to our customers
- Attend to all property and facilities management related enquiries and requests
- Ensure all property compliance and H&S requirements are met
- Arrange maintenance and repairs that are required
- Manage H&S compliance of suppliers
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients
- Preparation of documentation, including reports, approvals, and reviews including Long-term maintenance plans.
- Undertake property inspections
- Assist with projects to drive innovation

**Advantageous skills & experience**
- Knowledge of building maintenance costs and procurement
- Highly developed MS office and user experience with computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and proven capability to work positively and effectively as part of a collaborative work team, and to work independently where required
- Understanding of the Unit titles act, Building Warrant of Fitness requirements and the Health and Safety Act.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
