**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a significant multi-site portfolio throughout the Auckland region. This is a full-time permanent role.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Undertaking full day-to-day facilities management in accordance with the Services Agreement, including site visits, contractors and suppliers management, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive repairs;
- Manage contract's financial performance in accordance with the company’s reporting requirements, including invoicing, payments administration, and financial management;
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards;
- Ensure full compliance with the relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards;
- Assisting with implementing an asset management plan that delivers the property as fit for purpose and adheres to all Health and Safety regulations;
- Ensure consistent adherence to the agreed levels of service;
- Monitor the condition of all portfolio assets: buildings, structures, plant and equipment;
- Assist with the production and management of annual operating expenditure budgets;
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 5 years + of hands-on experience as a Facilities Manager, ideally with an integrated services provider;
- New Zealand Commercial Property Industry/ Asset Management experience preferred.
- Formal Health & Safety training/qualification preferred;
- Strong demonstrated experience managing large-scale maintenance activities;
- Extensive subcontractor procurement and management experience;
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills;
- Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written;
- Strong project management and stakeholder skills;
- Full & Clean NZ Drivers Licence.
