We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and highly organised
Office Administrator to join our friendly Hamilton team.

Based in the Hamilton CBD, we have a modern office, fun culture with
regular social and sporting activities and professional development

management of the office.

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the Business Services
team, providing essential administrative support and services to our busy
consultants and the wider office. You’ll provide an exceptional welcome as
the front face to our clients and team, as well as taking charge of a diverse
range of tasks which keep the office ticking over. These tasks include
managing reception, coordinating meetings, booking travel, document
formatting, organising internal events and catering, vehicle maintenance,
office audits, and assistance with office maintenance. You will work
closely with the Tauranga Business Services team and there will be lots of
opportunity for growth in the role.
