Nathan Homestead Pukepuke is a treasured community arts space and home to an exciting range of arts and community programmes and events. Recently refurbished, with a new café and situated within the beautiful David Nathan Park, we offer programmed and community-led activities as well as venue for hire spaces.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as Facility Administrator. The Administrator role encompasses the handling of a variety of council administrative procedures as well as in-house venue hire and booking systems. You will also be delivering front of house excellence in customer service, assisting facility staff and professionally responding to customer queries.
This is a busy and varied role where your expert administration support as well as warm customer service skills will to contribute to our positive and friendly environment.

You have exceptional customer service skills and a genuine interest in the arts. You will be a proactive people person, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

This is a 40 hour full-time position, it requires flexibility, which includes some weeknights and weekends.
