We are looking for an experienced data entry administrator with some analyst experience to assist the facilities team with migrating data across to a new system. To be successful it would be helpful if you had facilities exposure and fast and accurate data entry. This role is starting asap working 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday for 3-6 weeks.

**Duties include**:

- Checking data and entering it into a new system (migration from old system)
- Looking for discrepancies and liaising with other managers/departments to qualify data
- Other duties as required

**Skills required**:

- Fast and Accurate data entry
- Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- Exposure to working within facilities/construction administration to help with understanding the data to be migrated
- Flexibility to assist where required
- The ability to work well within a team
- Advanced MS office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
