**The Business**

Their passionate sales team is looking for a natural born Territory Manager who will consult and educate new and existing clients whilst delivering to growth targets, simultaneously making the world a better place.
Join them on their journey, in this exciting milestone year, with a schedule of events planned to engage both the public and clients.
**The Role**
In this fulltime role, the Territory Manager will be proactively promoting recycling and diversion from landfill. Working with an established portfolio of clients and bringing in new business, you will be supported by the successful sales team.
This role is suited to a highly effective communicator who will unapologetically commit to helping others reduce waste for a more sustainable future.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a constant and proactive focus on promoting recycling and diversion from landfill
- Driving profitable growth based on recycling product tonnage and new client contracts
- Managing both account management and business development sales channels
- Proactively identifying initiatives to drive profitable growth including identifying opportunities for additional client servicing
- Educating, informing, and facilitating clients on how to make a difference
- Engaging in all sales operations, related to the day-to-day and strategic sales function
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to enable continuation of service and contract renewals
- Timely planning and implementation of sales strategies as agreed with the General Manager Sales
- Actively participating in awards, events, and industry days relative to the client market
- Assisting with the preparation of tenders, business cases and general market presentations and ad hoc projects
- Ensuring regular reporting is timely, detailed, and transparent.
