Job Description: Support Key Account Manager’s to drive business results.
Mars New Zealand is home to market leading brands such as MARS, SNICKERS, EXTRA, ECLIPSE, and PEDIGREE.
This is a permanent full-time role based from our Ellerslie office with 50% of the week working from home.
Join our highly engaged team and take charge of supporting Key Account Manager’s across our Snacking Portfolio to drive business results.
Reporting directly to the WWNZ National Business Manager, this role is a pivotal point of contact and support for our customers, driving key sales KPIs in the Food segment.
It also plays a critical role in advancing our growth priorities in the MWC category.
What would be your key responsibilities?Manage customer relationships and drive our sales plan (Promotional submissions via our online Portal).
Partner with KAMs to identify areas of support to drive critical customer partnerships and growth.
Scope to take on direct ownership, delivering back to the channel and business objectives.
Process improvement within the role & across the team.
Work alongside demand planning for forecasting.
Build & manage regular reporting across the team, driving insight to action.
General administrative tasks as required.

Proven project management skills.
High level of attention to detail.
