The **Microsoft Product Support Specialist **will provide the best solution based on Microsoft technology (Hardware and Software) to our Partners, as well as all necessary administrative and marketing support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded..

**What you will do in this role**:

- Identify opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and support complementary offers (SkyKick, BitTitan, Telesmart, Microsoft Marketplace, Surface, and other relevant Vendors/Solutions.)
- Prioritising work to deliver on Partner expectations.
- The ability to explain complex scenarios and solutions like Cloud and Licensing to Partners.
- Liaise with Specialist BDMs and Partner Development Managers to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide proactive updates to our SMB Partners.
- Attend all Microsoft team meetings.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction through customer care.
- Outbound calling as required to support sales promotions
- Continuous upskilling and training on Dicker Data and Microsoft tools, systems, and certification.
- Portal management and an understanding of the billing system.
- Provide custom reporting as required for Partners.

**To be successful, you will have/be**:
A minimum of 2 years experience working within the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
- Ideally + 2 years of experience in selling/quoting/supporting Microsoft Cloud Products.
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Natural Problem solver.
- Team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Pride in your work.
- Relevant Microsoft licensing and or Cloud Fundamentals certification is essential
