**About the Role**
The primary purpose of the role is to provide essential HR services for employee queries, processing expense claims, tracking compliance activities, and supporting onboarding processes. There is a strong focus on accuracy upholding high standards of privacy and integrity in addressing employee queries and requests. This is a collaborative and busy team striving to provide a seamless delivery of HR service to the organisation.
**Skills and experience**
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all documentation
- Self-motivated and organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred
**You will bring**
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
