We have an opportunity available for an experienced People Administrator looking to join a Kiwi operated business based in Petone, Lower Hutt.

The People Administrator is at the very heart of the People Team. They are the face of the People function to our staff and line managers responsible for the People inbox, processing payroll, drafting employee documents and supporting

the team in all elements of the employee life cycle.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Employee Experience -** Face of the People Team, taking responsibility for managing the People Team inboxes with responsive replies as well as any questions that people approach the team about.
- **Recruitment & Onboarding - **Drafting new employment agreements, managing offer documentation and kicking off the online induction process between the new employee and their manager.
- **Supporting Payroll -** Work closely with our payroll providers to ensure fortnightly payroll processes are followed and processed, ensuring all changes to positions are maintained on system and act as the go to person for all things payroll.
- **General Administration - **Creating ad hoc employee correspondence via people systems, supporting People Team on projects and managing monthly data snapshot for OD Team

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Previous experience working in a HR or Payroll function
- Strong communication skills with a strength in tailoring to different audiences
- A passion for implementing and maintaining efficient processes
- Ability to work independently but also to actively engage with the wider team to ensure initiatives are embedded as well as fit for purpose
