For Bendon to be successful and to reach our goals, we are hiring a HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator role ensures the smooth and timely operation and flow of all HR administrative tasks. This role has responsibility for supporting the Bendon Group and will include (but is not limited to) managing and responding to HR queries through various channels, creating and managing all HR related documents, administering our e-learning/HRIS platform 'The Fitting Room', coordination of training across New Zealand and Australia, prepare HR metrics and have ownership of our internal HR workflows, processes, and systems.

**This is a critical role for our team, so we are looking for**:

- Experience and commitment to operational excellence.
- High attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a role that as high levels of communication.
- A can-do positive attitude and can work with agility and pace.
- Ability to work in a high trust, confidential environment.
- At least two years' experience in a business office environment.
- Ideally you will have experience working with an HR team - but this is not essential.
