This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensure high degree of client service at all times.

**We will count on you to**:
- Work with a portfolio of larger commercial clients to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of them and the corresponding business and organisational risk and insurance matters.
- Assist Regional Manager with the preparation, management, implementation and achievement of team/unit business plans and goals
- Meet and exceed service standards agreed in the client’s service agreement
- Collaborates with senior level colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision makers, account needs and underlying risks to determine potential services, products and combinations that will best serve and address client business objectives, business compliance so as to expand accounts.
- Maintain an active and direct involvement in all claim related matters
- Contribute towards the Company’s profit objectives through the effective management and attainment of revenue and expense budgets.
- Attends and participates in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.
- Contribute to the achievement of Practice and Team business plans and objectives.
**What you need to have**:
- Experienced in working with commercial organisations
- Level 5 qualification or plans to achieve within required legal timeframe
- A sound product knowledge across the main commercial insurance lines
- Be confident interacting and presenting to clients
- Sound communication skills
- A strong sense of being inclusive and understanding diversity in the workforce
- Travel may be required on occasion
