We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Manager at a Dog Daycare & Boarding Kennels. This is a great role where you will be responsible for leading our client’s small customer facing team to ensure operations run smoothly and our customers know they are leaving their beloved dogs in amazing hands You will work closely with other team leaders, ensuring their furry guests and team members reach their potential.

**In this role, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Supervising, training, and supporting the Customer facing team.
- Overseeing day-to-day customer service and administration of the facility to ensure the safety and quality of care for all pets.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting any issues with the care of dogs or teamwork.
- Building an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and high level of integrity
- Listening to your team’s feedback, resolving issues, and working on new ideas.
- Experience leading a team and building strong working relationships
- Experience with dog management or ownership, including knowledge of and familiarity with animal behaviour and breeds.
- Outstanding customer service, problem-solving and communication skills
- A driver’s license and own transportation (our client is not on public transport routes)
- Strong technology literacy and confidence using online systems.
- Good physical health, to perform sustained moderately physical work, including lifting objects weighing up to 20kg (bags of dog food) and being ‘on the go’.

This role is Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week. Occasional weekend work will be required to cover absences or to train team members.
