Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) provide a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises. The group comprises four key areas: Asset Management, Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Digital.
We have an exciting and transformational plan designed to modernise our infrastructure and technology platform, delivering life changing digital technology for the people we manage and our staff.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
We're currently looking for an experienced and passionate individual to take up this exciting role and be the face and voice of the Customer in the Digital Team.
The Manager Digital Customer Service is responsible for leading a team focussed on all customer facing IT technology transactions and support services. The role ensures that our customers are prepared for, and receive, an excellent customer experience when they procure or use the digital technologies that we provide them to do their mahi. A key part of the leadership of this group is working between and across several different internal and external providers to ensure our customer service is timely, accurate, joined-up, and well communicated.

In addition to being across current technology trends and technologies, we're looking for someone who can bring:

- Significant previous experience managing customer services function within an IT group or similar.
- Experience and knowledge of managing environments of similar scale and complexity to that of Corrections as well as ability to manage, motivate and direct team members.
- Experience with determination of policies and standards that will support business requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus.
