These include Siemens, Weidmuller, Rittal, Fluke, Belden and Katko. They also provide engineering, assembly and customisation services to the market.

**About the Role***
Key responsibilities include the management and leadership of the sales support and order management teams. You will need to develop and/or improve policies and procedures to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively. This will include the development and implementation of customer service metrics to provide tangible performance measurement. Communication across the business, particularly with regional sales engineers, is essential to appreciate customer expectations and to develop realistic service delivery standards. Team leadership, training and development combined with skills assessments and updates will be part of the process.
