Dealing with a large range of the top consumer brands our client provides service installation and repairs for TV, DVD and small appliances, just to name just a few. A key opportunity to join this hardworking, but down to earth team.
Providing technical expertise and outstanding service is what this business has built its reputation on. Therefore it is imperative that your customer service skills are top notch as customer relations will be a main focus for this position. We are looking for a highly organised individual who is capable of taking responsibility and ownership of this part of the business.
- Key aspects of this role include; _
- First point of contact and face of the business
- Ordering of parts and receipting inwards goods
- Processing payments and
- Providing customers with estimates, assisting with quotes
- Record management of customer and service related information
- Job scheduling
This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
