Our client is looking for a new Junior Office Administrator to join their family orientated team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Junior Office Administrator is a key role to assist the company and office team run smoothly and efficiently. The team value supporting each other, chipping in where needed and provide back up, assisting others when there is an overflow of work.

**This role has some key responsibilities, including**:

- General office administration duties, filing, photocopying and scanning
- Reception duties and answering phone calls
- Ordering stationery and consumables
- Data entry
- Assist team where required
- First and foremost, a willingness to learn and get stuck in
- Basic administration knowledge and experience
- A detailed approach to work, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A good level of computing ability
- A sense of humour, we are a fun team and enjoy a bit of banter in the office
