Contract Administrator

**The role**:
We are looking for an admin superstar to provide administration and financial support to the Contract Manager and road maintenance team. This is a site-based role in Taupo that will manage documents, communication, invoicing and reporting.
We are happy to announce that we have recently been awarded the Taupo maintenance contract for the next five years. HEB Construction are always looking for ways to harness and support talent and are delighted to be doing it in the Taupo region
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Provide administrative support (office, procurement and people) to ensure efficient operation of the contract
- Management of invoices, payments and financial systems to support the contract
- Compilation of reports and meeting minutes
**About you**:
- Office administration experience to intermediate level
- Experience in construction would be advantageous
- Familiarity with RAMM Contractor, or similar office databases would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills
