Service Coordinator/office Administrator

**About the opportunity**:
Work within this busy Onehunga based commercial and domestic airconditioning and ventilation business as their Service Coordinator/Office Administrator This role will provide general office and service-related administrative support to the business.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Answer incoming calls
- Response to customer enquiries
- Liaise with service technicians
- Schedule maintenance work
- Collect and revoew check sheets
- Prepare invoices
- Schedule installation work
- Monitor consumable stock held in the warehouse
- Provide administrative support to the S&M Manager and Contracts Manager from time to time

**This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Has a New Zealand driver's license
- Customer service focused
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
