Office Administrator

**Kiwi Devanning Services Limited **is looking for an Office Administrator in Auckland. This is permanent full-time position.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Perform administrative responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist in other fields whenever necessary
**What you Need**:
- No experience OR Qualification required
- Can work weekends
- Show attention to detail
- Be a team player and flexible
- Good initiative and time management skills.
- Minimum 32 hours per week
- Location: Auckland
**Salary**: $27.00 - $29.70 per hour
