**The Company**

My client works with business to help them drive transformation via technology to maximise their potential and to continually evolve. Operating throughout the APAC region they have been a key player in their industry and continue to grow. Their offices are located in Ponsonby conveniently close to public transport links. They are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join the team on a 2-month contract. This is excellent opportunity to join a high performing organisation and the role has potential to go permanent for the right person.

**The Role**

In this role you will be working closely with the project manager and will be there to assist with administrative tasks. You will be required to liaise and work with all parties linked to the project. You will be critical to success of the project as you will be helping to coordinate and manage different aspects relating to the project. In this role your responsibilities will include:

- Collating data and building reports
- Create spreadsheets to track project using Excel
- Booking and scheduling meetings
- Creating purchase orders
- Completing reconciliations
- Taking minutes for meetings
- High volume data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
- Assisting project manager with ad hoc tasks

**Your profile**:
To be successful in this role you will have proven administrative experience in a fast paced and high energy role. You will also be deadline driven and have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a range of stakeholders.

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team you will be able take ownership and take initiative whilst working as part of a team.
