As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Programme Lead, a role that is pivotal to the successful delivery and health of a portfolio of projects.

**About the Role**

As a Programme Lead at RUSH, you will ensure that Delivery Managers are meeting project goals, delivering on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will be at the heart of our operations, providing leadership to project teams and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

On the daily, that will involve:

- Creating and maintaining a program management plan that outlines the scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies of each project within the program.
- Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the success of the program or individual projects.
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that they are informed about the program's progress and any changes that may affect them.
- Facilitating collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders.
- Managing resources such as budget, staff, and equipment across multiple projects.
- Continuously improving delivery processes and increasing capability in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**About You**

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a problem-solver who is adaptable, patient, and has a strong analytical acumen - where ideally, you will have as much of the following as possible:

- Substantial stakeholder management experience, including internally with SLT, externally with senior clients, and management of key delivery partners.
- Demonstrable experience successfully managing complex projects or programmes.
- Deep understanding of portfolio, programme, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tool suite including Confluence & Jira, and MIRO.
- Relevant certification such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or ICAgile is a plus.
