Health Programme Delivery Lead

About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga

As the Health Programme Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in implementing our payer to partner strategy. Your focus will be designing and implementing health programmes aimed at improving member outcomes and positively impacting claims inflation. Using your clinical expertise, you'll ensure evidence-based practices are incorporated into all aspects of programme delivery, focusing on lifestyle interventions to improve long term outcomes. You will also be responsible for promoting health management programmes to various stakeholders, including our Iwi partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of a strategic plan that positively influences claims inflation through Health Management Programs.
- Analyse data or coordinate data analysis to identify evidence-based and commercially viable opportunities for improving well-being of our members.
- Source programmes that align with our strategic plan and operationalize them effectively.
- Manage relationships with programme providers, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure member enrolment into programmes meets targets, promoting participation and engagement.

About you | Ko Wai Koe

We are looking for someone with a broad background in the clinical setting, who is happy to take ownership of an issue and ensure great outcomes for our members;
- Degree in health-related field or experience in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of the New Zealand healthcare system, particularly private health insurance.
- Familiarity with clinical management practices related to chronic diseases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to evolving demands.
- Ability to achieve results within time constraints and conflicting priorities
