**Mo te tunga | About the role**
- An Investigation Support Unit Investigator is the official title of the Fraud Collator on Auckland Financial Crime Unit (FCU). Fraud Collator is an exciting and busy role where you will be right at the forefront of fraud scam investigations in the largest metropolitan city of New Zealand. As the Fraud Collator you will be case assessing every fraud complaint that is assigned to FCU and influencing its investigation direction. You will be required to maintain trust and confidence with our victims by clearly communicating crime prevention advice and setting investigation expectations, which includes using empathetic language to explain filing decisions. _

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ability to deal with a large volume of work on a daily basis
- An ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of people
- Ability proficiency to use Case Management in the National Intelligence Application (NIA)
- Partnership building: the ability to work collaboratively with both internal (Police) and external partners (including banks)
