**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
Your typical day would involve responding to reports of incidents of serious non-compliance of either building, pollution, resource management breaches and at times serious breaches of bylaw, researching available information, completing site visits, identifying and investigating breach of regulations which you will be required to resolve through appropriate methods of enforcement or education to achieve sustainable outcomes and meet customer service delivery standards. You predominantly investigate breaches of the Resources Management Act, Building Act 2004 and other relevant legislation.

Salary range: $85,782 to $110,000 per annum depending on related experience
