NIWA is a renowned environmental science organisation engaged in climate, freshwater and marine science, with around 700 staff nationwide. We are a government-owned Crown Research Institute engaged in critical research for the benefit of Aotearoa New Zealand's people and the environment.

**What we're looking for**:
We are seeking a second Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic People & Capability team. The role is based at our Auckland Head Office in a vibrant Viaduct location. This position provides vital administration and coordination support across the entire People & Capability remit, working closely with team managers on a range of operational processes and project activities. Your support will help us to deliver on our operational and strategic objectives and you'll be the "face" of the function, providing day to day advice and assistance to managers and staff.

High levels of initiative, great follow through and the ability to be flexible and responsive are key attributes of this role, and your strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile will ensure your success.
